"RESOLVED, That as per recommendation GD#12-02, the 2012 Grimsby Economic Development Strategic Plan be endorsed as presented; AND THAT, the process for implementation of action items included in the Economic Development Strategic Plan which have budgetary implications is to be considered by Council after analysis of a business case for each action item by the Planning and Development Committee and Administration and Finance Committee."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-3, regarding zoning amendment (Z-11- 6) application, 239 Main Street East, be received and that the draft by-law attached to the report as Appendix "B" be forwarded to Council for approval."

"RESOLVED, That P.A. 12-02, regarding Planning Application Fees be received, and that the revised fee schedule attached as Appendix "A" be approved, and a by-law be passed implementing the revised rates effective February 22, 2012."

RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-6, regarding a site plan application for 288 Main Street East be received, and that the application be approved subject to the conditions specified in Appendix "A" to the report. Further, that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement on the Town's behalf."

"RESOLVED, That Report P.A. 12-07, regarding Resolution GH 12-04, passed by the Grimsby Heritage Advisory Committee on January 17, 2012, to approve the Heritage Permit Application for 224 Main Street East, be received; AND as per Resolution GH 12-04, the heritage permit be approved based on the drawings included on pages 5 & 6 of this report."
