Resolved 1. That the Town’s monthly and installment date pre-authorized payment plans for taxes and water continue as usual; and, Page 2 of 3 Special Council March 25, 2020 2. That penalty and interest charges on current taxes be waived until from May 1 until June 30, 2020; and, 3. That past due interest on water accounts and accounts receivable be waived from April 1 until June 30, 2020; and, 4. That NSF charges on all tax and water payments be waived until June 30th, 2020.

Resolved that the rules of the procedures be suspended in regards to section 2.3(d) of bylaw 07-81 to govern the proceedings of council, local board, and Committee meetings.
