Resolved that Report FCR 10-07 dated June 10, 2010 with reference to the Command Vehicle Replacement be received and that the Fire Chief be authorized to purchase a new 2010 GMC Acadia from Slessor Pontiac Buick at a cost not to exceed $36,000 excluding taxes.

Resolved that Report TC-10-07 dated Friday, June 11, 2010 be received and the draft Election Sign By-law with amendments be forwarded to Council for approval.

Resolved that Report TM-10-07 dated June 8, 2010 respecting Source of Funding West Niagara YMCA be received and that the agreed contribution to the West Niagara YMCA Project in the total sum of $1,530,000 payable in installments of $306,000 per year for five years commencing in the year 2011 be initially identified as being a contribution from the Capital Projects Reserve Fund.

Resolved that Report TM-10-08 dated June 4, 2010 respecting Request to Amend By-law 04-96 'A By-law to Prohibit Smoking of Tobacco at the Entrances to Town Owned Facilities' be received; and That Section By-law No. 04-96 be amended to read Administration & Finance June 14, 2010 "2. No person shall smoke within the nine metre radius surrounding any entrance, any operating window or air intake to any municipal facility whether or not a No Smoking Sign is posted."

That the correspondence from Darlene Richmond with reference to chickens in the urban area be received.

Resolved that for the months of July, August and September the Administration and Finance Meetings will commence at 6:30 p.m.
