DiFlavio; RESOLVED, "That the Ontario Ministry of Corrections Lease Agreement Report DRS09-16 be received and the extension of a lease with the Town of Grimsby at the Senior Citizen's Centre Page 1 of 3 RECREATION SERVICES COMMITTEE Sept. 29, 2009 for probation and parole purposes be approved for the term commencing on January 1, 2010 and ending on December 31, 2015 at an annual rent of $5,200.08. The necessary documents will be forwarded to the Mayor and Clerk for signing."
