"RESOLVED, THAT Report P.A. 09-6, regarding applications for Zoning Amendment (Z-08-04) and Draft Plan of Condominium (26CD- 16-0502) and Draft Plan of Subdivision (26T-16-0802) by Park Avenue Greenhouses, 376 Lake Street, be received and that; a) The draft plans be approved as revised subject to the conditions outlined in Appendix "A" of the report; and b) That the draft amending by-law attached to the report as Appendix "B" be forwarded to Council for approval following the submission of draft registered subdivision and condominium plans and resolution of Block 4 building envelopes to the satisfaction of the Planning Director."
