Planning Development Committee

Andreychuk; Resolved that Report P.A. 14-51 regarding a site plan application by Dancor Stoney Creek Inc. for a new Fed Ex facility be received and that the application be approved subject to the applicant meeting the conditions specified in Appendices "A" and "B" of the report to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Further, that by-laws be passed that authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign: a) the development agreement on the Town's behalf; and b) the agreement to authorize the merger of the parcels that are the subject of Consent Application B-6/14.

Andreychuk; Resolved that Report P.A. 14-52, regarding a site plan application by Freeman Herbs for the expansion of existing greenhouses at 378 South Service Road be received and that the application be approved subject to the applicant meeting the requirements of the Director of Public Works. Further that a by-law be passed that authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to sign the development agreement on the Town’s behalf.
