“RESOLVED, That Report DPW09-38, dated August 6, 2009 regarding the Casablanca Boulevard and South Service Road Sidewalk Tender be received, and that the tender by Alfidome Construction Limited, in the amount of $183,205.00, be approved and the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the Contract Agreement, and further that the Town’s funding portion be approved from the Public Works Capital Reserve.”

“RESOLVED, That Report DPW09-39 dated August 6, 2009 regarding the 2009 Watermain Replacement Tender including the 2009 Capital Project and the Infrastructure Stimulus Funding Project be received, and that the Catalina Excavating Inc. low tender in the adjusted/corrected amount of $2,014,655.00 plus tax be approved, and further that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a Construction Agreement with Catalina Excavating Inc.”

“RESOLVED, That Report DPW09-40 dated August 5, 2009 regarding the Westbrook Subdivision – Final Subdivision Approval be received, and that the Engineering Plans for the Subdivision (Phase 1 and Phase 2) hereby be approved subject to completion satisfactory to the Director of Public Works, and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute all necessary documents, the Phase 1 Subdivision Agreement and the Phase 2 Subdivision Agreement (or amendment) in the future, subject to a Phase 2, a Financial Schedule being prepared by the Director of Public Works, and further that the developer be approved to pre-service the subdivision at his sole risk, and subject to first obtaining all necessary agencies approvals and meeting the Town’s standard Pre-servicing Conditions and Requirements, and further that the Town’s Traffic Bylaw 89-2000 Schedule “C” (Parking Prohibitions) be amended to include the following parking restrictions.
