Bentley; Resolved that Report DPW15-01 dated January 8, 2015 regarding Main Street West – Sanitary Sewer (Woolverton Rd. to Casablanca Page 2 of 4 Public Works Committee January 14, 2015 Blvd.) Construction and Special Charge Fee By-law be received and that the proposed By-law attached to this Report be approved and the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute this by-law and further that the area residents be notified of the forth coming construction and copied with the By-law.

DiFlavio; Resolved that Report DPW15-02 dated January 6, 2015 regarding the Award of Contract PWC15-02-320078 Diana Avenue Road Reconstruction be received, and that the Director be authorized to award the contract to the low bidder, O’Hara Trucking & Excavating, in the tendered amount of $279,575.50 and further, that the Mayor and the Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents.

Kadwell; Resolved that Report DPW15-03 dated January 6, 2015 regarding Kerman Avenue Road Allowance Widening – Declaration as a Public Highway be received and that the Road Allowance Widening documented as Part 2 and Part 3 of Registered Plan 30R-14252 hereby be dedicated as Public Highway and the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the dedication By-law and further, that this By-law be Registered in Land Titles.

Bentley; Resolved that Report DPW15-04 dated January 8, 2015 regarding the Main Street West Sanitary Sewer Project Award of Construction Contract PWC15-04-400017, be received and that the Director be authorized to award the Contract to Peter’s Excavating Inc. in the total tender amount of $486,845.00 and further that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized to execute the contract documents; and that the financing be obtained from the Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Reserve.
